This is the first recipe my husband ever shared with me. People will think you were cooking for hours, but truth be told this is a quick, easy weeknight recipe.
FISH WITH SALSA
INGREDIENTS
Fish, any neutral white fish/ type. I have used talipia, cod, mahi mahi, or any neutral white fish.
1-2 jars of FLAVORED salsa. (be creative I used mango salsa and 1/2 jar habanero salsa for a spicier bite)
In a cold frying pan (one with a lid) place your fish. Pour on the fruit salsa to cover the fish. Place a lid on the frying pan and turn the heat to medium) The fish will gently simmer. Cook until the fish flakes. Serve over rice. Delicious and super easy.
