I have no idea why this cake is named Chop Suey, all I know it’s a HIT every time I fix it. I took it to a church dinner yesterday and someone was literally taking a spoon to get the icing and crumbs left in the pan. It’s a moist pineapple cake with walnuts. Did I mention it’s the easiest cake you will ever fix, you pour the delicious cream cheese butter icing over the hot cake. This is a MUST try. After cake cools put in refrigerator!
If I order one, how long will it take to deliver it? Oh, but the calories haven’t been removed – guess I’ll admire the finished product through sight. Looks great!
